PRACTICE OPERATIONS

Everything a practice needs.
Except the medicine.

Opening a practice means becoming an operator overnight — EMR selection, scheduling, billing workflows, staffing, marketing, patient experience, vendor contracts, financial administration. None of it is why you went to medical school. Starfighter Health is the practice operations company that takes all of it — building the business side, then running it — so the clinicians who own the practice can stay clinical.

What We Run

Practice operations, end to end

Practice operations means everything it takes to run the practice as a business — from the entity and the EMR to the front desk, the schedule, the marketing, the payroll, and the monthly reporting. Six domains, one operator. Take the whole thing or take the parts you're missing.

Practice Launch

The plan and the sequence before day one.

  • Business plan and financial modeling
  • Membership and pricing structure
  • Entity, insurance, and vendor decisions
  • Office design and facilities support

Technology Stack

Selected, implemented, integrated, and supported.

  • EMR selection and implementation
  • Scheduling and patient portal
  • Billing and payments infrastructure
  • CRM and communications platform

Administrative Systems

Documented workflows instead of tribal knowledge.

  • Front and back office SOPs
  • Intake and onboarding workflows
  • Records and document management
  • Light automation across the stack

Patient Experience

The parts of care delivery that aren't clinical.

  • Intake and communication journeys
  • Follow-up and retention systems
  • Feedback and reputation processes
  • Membership and concierge logistics

Brand & Marketing

How a practice is found, understood, and chosen.

  • Brand development and identity
  • Website build and management
  • Local presence and referral channels
  • Campaign execution and content

Operations & Staffing

The ongoing machine, run or handed over.

  • Nonclinical hiring and onboarding
  • Vendor and contract management
  • Financial administration support
  • Strategic planning and reporting
The Approach

Systems first, then volume

The same sequence we use everywhere: understand the operation, build the infrastructure, then run it or hand it over documented.

01

Assess

Where the practice actually is — stage, systems in place, what's breaking, and what's costing clinical time.

02

Design

The technology stack, the workflows, and the sequence to implement them without disrupting patient care.

03

Build

Platforms configured, workflows documented, staff trained, and the whole thing tested before it carries load.

04

Run or hand off

We operate it ongoing, or we hand it over fully documented. Both are real options — dependence isn't the product.

The Fit

Who this is built for

Being clear about the fit early saves everyone a quarter.

This is for you if

  • You're opening a practice and haven't chosen your systems yet
  • You're a solo or small-group clinician going independent
  • You're building a concierge, direct-care, or membership model
  • Administrative work is eating hours you'd rather spend on patients

This isn't for you if

  • You need clinical staffing or medical support
  • You're looking for billing or coding services alone
  • You want software licensed without implementation
  • Your systems already run well and nothing is breaking
Our Scope

Where our work stops

Worth stating plainly, because the line matters.

Starfighter Health does not practice medicine.

We provide nonclinical business, operations, and technology services to healthcare practices. Every clinical decision stays entirely with the licensed clinicians who own the practice. Specifically, we do not:

  • Diagnose or treat patients
  • Prescribe medication
  • Create or influence treatment plans
  • Control clinical decision-making
  • Supervise clinical staff
  • Provide medical advice of any kind

Tell us what you're building.

Starfighter Health is currently in development, and we're talking with practices about what they need before we finalize the offering. If you're opening or growing a practice, we'd like to hear what's actually in your way.
